• Our ratio of staff to children from the age of 6 months – 2.5 years is 1:3
• Our ratio of staff to children from the age of 2.5+ is 1:5
• Each child has a dedicated Key Worker who is your first point of contact at the beginning and at the end of the day.
• The Key worker will ensure that they know everything about your child and they will share this information with other nursery staff ensuring that your child’s every need in met in the best possible way.
• Individual communication books will further enable you to share with your child’s daily trials and tribulations.
