Children are born ready, able and eager to learn. They develop at their own rate and in their own ways. By working together with parents we aim to support the child’s learning and development as they make their journey through their early years.

A Key Person ensures that your child’s experience is shaped to meet their individual needs.

Having observed your child’s individual interest and stage of development, we plan activities which can be a mix of child –initiated or adult led. These are designed with the purpose to inspire exploration, help support the forming of relationships and develop positive self-esteem.

The prime areas begin to develop quickly at nursery in response to relationships and experiences. The three prime areas are the building blocks to support learning in all other areas. The prime areas continue to be fundamental throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage.
